June 2012 Birchbox: Jet Set

My June Birchbox finally came in! For those of you who don't know of the program, it's a beauty samples program where you pay a recurring $10 per month. Personally, I really like it. I have yet to be disappointed with my selection of samples. In fact, I like this idea of random sampling so much that I signed up for a few more programs like this: Julep Maven (for nail polish) and Beauty Army. Since GlossyBox finally came to the US, I am on the waiting list for that as well. I've only received my intro box from Julep, but as soon as my monthly (and Mystery Box) come, I will post pictures of that as well!

Anyway, on to Birchbox!

Here is how it looks in the box. It comes "wrapped" in cardboard and I always scratch the top of the actual box when I am trying to cut the tape. Every. Single. Time. Oh well.

I like to save these boxes too for storing my makeup. I got this idea from some blog...I can't remember which.

I am super satisfied with this box! I haven't tried anything except for the lip/cheek stain on my hand while I was at work today and it's still there! I don't own any of theBalm's products, so that is awesome! I actually can't wait to use all of these products. Also, I have been reading Musings of a Muse for quite some time now, and I've heard so many good things about these kinds of cloth masques. It's awesome to finally be able to try this one!
